Baseball A’s Squeak Out Major A Championship 1-0 Win over the Red Sox

After a rain delay and extra inning Major B finale, the game was finally on. A pitcher’s dual to say the least. Max W. pitched a three hit 15 strike out shut out for the winning A’s. Stephen S.was equally tough on the mound allowing only two hits, striking out nine and giving up only one run for the Red Sox.

Austin S. scored the game’s only run in the bottom of the fourth inning. After Austin’s triple to right field, he was able to score on a fielder’s choice. The game was played without any errors and the A’s were fortunate to get by a solid Red Sox team.

The A’s finished the season 17-5. Congratulations boys on a great season!
