Board of Works - This board is comprised of 3 members appointed by the Mayor for a one year term. Meets: 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.

Parks and Recreation Board - This board is comprised of six members, 4 that are appointed by the mayor, 1 is appointed by the Lebanon Community School Corporation Board of Trustees and 1 is appointed by the Lebanon Public Library Board. The board has the powers necessary to develop, maintain, preserve and operate all sites, programs and property belonging to the Parks Department. Members serve 4 year terms. Meets: 1st Monday of each month.

Utility Service Board - This board is comprised of five members, 3 that are appointed by the mayor, 2 that are appointed by the City Council. This board has the duty to oversee the operation of the Electric Department, Water Department, and the Sanitary Disposal Department.

Boone Alcoholic Beverage Board - This board is comprised of three members, 1 is appointed by the mayor, 2 are appointed by the County Commissioners. They are responsible to renew alcoholic beverage licenses. Members serve one year terms. Meets: 1st Wednesday of each month.

Board of Zoning Appeals - This board is comprised of five members, all of which are appointed by the mayor. They are responsible to uphold and enforce the zoning laws of the city of Lebanon. Meets: 1st Monday of each month.

Plan Commission - This board is comprised of 9 members appointed by the mayor and City Council. Their responsibilities are to see that proposed buildings meet the standards set forth in the building code. Meets: 3rd Monday of each month.

Economic Development Commission - This board is comprised of three members, all appointed by the mayor. Their purpose is to issue Economic Development Bonds to construct industrial type buildings. Meets: Request basis.

Redevelopment Commission - This board is comprised of five members, all appointed by the mayor and council. They establish redevelopment areas for the purpose of tax abatement. Members serve 4 year terms. Meets: Request basis.

Redevelopment Authority - This board is comprised of three members, all appointed by the mayor. They are authorized to sell bonds for a Tax Increment Finance Development. Meets: Request basis.

Storm Water Management Board - This board is compris1d of three members, appointed by the mayor to 3 year terms. Their purpose is to provide for the collection, disposal and drainage of storm water.

Lebanon Public Library Board of Trustees - This board is comprised of 7 members appointed by the Boone County Council, Boone County Commissioners, Center Township Trustee, Lebanon Community School Corporation, and Lebanon City Council.
