 A Family-Friendly Fun-Filled Day in the Country
Helping Local Women Diagnosed with Female Cancers Meet Practical Needs
WHAT: Helping Her Heal Fund Charity Polo Event—in addition to the thrilling polo match, the children will enjoy activities created just for them. Women of all ages should be prepared to dress for success as the coveted Pretty Woman Award is given away; and of course, a fun tradition of polo is the VIP box decorating contest. Boxes have been decorated as a cruise ship, front porch with rocking chairs and a castle complete with mote and draw bridge at past events. This is a unique event that caters to and entertains people of all ages and backgrounds.
Polo is a game played by two teams of four players on horseback who are equipped with long-handled mallets for driving a small wooden ball through the opponents' goal.
WHY: To support the Helping Her Heal Fund whose mission is: "A community compassionately providing emotional and financial support to women with female cancers." Net proceeds from this event go to support the needs of local women.

"Annual Polo Fundraiser"
COST: General Admission is $20/carload (pay at the gate) set up your own picnic—coolers and picnic lunches are welcome!! General admission tent seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons must bring their own chairs, picnic and refreshments.
Polo Boxes $200-$500—please complete the polo box registration form to reserve. (Polo Box Registration Form)
- Gold Polo Box: $500
- A Field Box with seating for 10, optimum field placement, table, signage with individual/company name, recognition in the program, announcement by emcee during event.
- Silver Polo Box: $300
- A Field Box with seating for 10, enhanced field placement, table, signage with individual/company name, recognition in the program, announcement by emcee during event.
- Bronze Polo Box: $200
- A Field Box with seating for 10, table, signage with individual/company name, recognition in the program, announcement by emcee during event.
