Boone County Healthy Coalition
The Boone County Healthy Coalition was formed through funding from a CDC grant to the State of Indiana.
The funding was used to implement a “Public Healthy System Quality Improvement Program” review in Boone County to measure the counties’ performance in the ten essential public health services.
Boone County scored lowest in Essential Service #4 “Mobilize Community Partnerships to Identify and Solve Health Problems”
Upcoming Meetings
The January 2012 Health Coalition meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 11 am.
Because of a conflict at Witham Hospital, our meeting location as been moved to the Witham Family YMCA located just east of the North Pavilion.
